Ok i still damn tired now man ... i seriously need to sleep -.-
But first i need to finish the two posts ... 4th day at CCA branch and POP . Haha (:
Ok lets first start with the 4th day at CCA branch .
I could remember it like was yesterday ...
Woke up at 6.30 in the morning and took a bath and do all the nessesary .
I pack my bag and then waited for my mum to fetch me there (:
Then as per usual , my mum again brought me to Mac to have my usual ... Sausage ,muffin with egg (:
I ate it while my mum was driving and when the moment i finished . We arrived at CCA branch (:
While walking to the dance studio to put my things ... I saw Mr teo , Mr soh and Mr Goh there . Dont know why they were there so i continued walking and saw my friend from woodlands and talked while walking .haha (:
We shared a common interest and it was soccer ...
We both like Manchester United , Barca and Spain . Haha so nice to have such a friend (:
Then when we reached the dance studio and put our things together . We sat down at the same place and continued our conversation (:
Then it was time for our first session ... LECTURE
LECTURE
Today will be the very last day of lectures ... Feeling kind of sad as i like all this lectures because it really helps me in undersatnding how to be a good leader and the qualities that one should have .
Todays lecture was a POWER LECTURE as it was the most important lecture of all . And the lecture was given by Mr leonard Tan who was very popular ... Dont really know why . HA (:
Todays topic was Motivation , perservance and EXCELLENCE !(:
-Motivation
1)Influence-Be a great influence at all times , earn the respect (:
2)High energy level-Must always have a high energy level when commanding and what ever you do (:
3)Self-confidence but not arrogant-Always have self-confidence in whatever you do but dont show off
4)Project your voice and look at them-When scolding or commanding ,always look at the members and project your voice
5)Speak with confidence-Dont be a sissy and always speak with confidence (:
6)Think before you speak-This i need to improve .HA(:
7)Be optimistic-Think of the good side
8)Set Goals-Must always set goals and work toward them (:
(Better DISCIPLINE from me and the band) Thats the only thing i expect ... Once there is discipline , everything can be done !(:
9)Lead by example-Be a good example and the rest will follow ...
10)Leadership is forgiving , help the members- Forgive and then work on the mistake and improve on it (:
11)Be assertive not aggressive-Never be aggressive but assertive
12)Be humble-Always be humble and people will discover the good points of you(:
13)Willing to listen-Alway be open with new suggestions but not alway wanting things to be in your way ...
14)Have opinons , dont be opinonated-DONT really know what it is ... HELP!
15)Admit when you are wrong, show awareness and do something about it ...

MACE TECHNIQUE
Haha another session where i love ...
Today was for us to finish polishing our formation for todays POP rehersal (:
Then we were so good we finished so fast but we kept doing ... Wanting to finish everything before lunch and get all doubts to be asked .
We all finally had a sense of urgency and wanted to show the Band major that we can do it !(:
(It was something that i also want our band to have and have initiative (:!)
ok then moving on ... We had a short break and Mr Muhammad started talking and wanted to motivate us .
He does not scold us but always motivates us ... Maybe thats why we respect him (:
He said ... 2moro will be our show and will you give your best ???
We said ... YES SIR(Confidently)
Then we all were dismissed for lunch and will continue after lunch .

LUNCH
Todays menu was CHILLI FISHBALL , RICH , VEG and CHICKEN WINGS
As per usual i ate second helpings and piss ... i ate 8 chicken wings . Haha (:
Hungry la , cannot help it ... Maybe i worked extra hard ???(:
Then today , was eating very fast and then it was 1 and we had 1 more hour and guess what did we do ??? We did not slack but went straight to the field and went to our individual groups and practice ourselves . So touching -.-
POP REHEARSAL
Ok tis will be the final part session of the day ...
We had our RREHERSALS ...
Ok well it does not seem too difficult , we just had to concentrate and put our heart and soul in it !(:
We then first start with the arrival and i needed to hold the mace like siao ... My hand seriously hurt !(:
Ok then moving on to the march pass ... In my band , i have already learned what was needed when marching so i just apply it and then finished . Haha (:
Then we waited for thr Band majors to finish their performance and then ... IT WAS OUR SHOW!(:
Ok then march ...
Excute movements ...
AND DONE ...
It was so fast !(: But it was really fun ...
And after the rehearsal , we all celebate and cheer for all the band majors and officers that made this rehearsal so successful (:
Haha then go home ...
